Alex will be meeting fans and signing autographs from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.Bring an item to have autographed; one autograph per person. A photographer will be on hand taking pictures. No outside photography will be allowed. Photos will be made available for FREE download post-event at www.b1015.com. The line will be cut-off at 12:30pm; but every attempt will be made to get through as many people as time permits. March 12, 2012: We have been advised that Alex Meraz has booked a movie and can not be with us for the weekend. Daniel Cudmore (Felix of The Volturi) will be attending in place of Alex. Those with SEPARATE Alex Meraz autograph tickets or photo op tickets can bring those tickets to registration and get a voucher good for any other tickets, autographs, or photo ops. Hello Merazers!
I’ve been staring at a blank screen for a while; not quite sure what to write. So I guess I just need to let the words flow. When I first heard about Alex Meraz and wanted to learn more about him, all I could really find was about how hot he was. Now of course, I did think he was amazingly attractive, but I wanted to learn more about the man. And as such, I started this site, The Meraz Effect, along with the help of others. This wasn’t the first site dedicated to Alex Meraz, but it was the first site to explore all of the talents he has shared with the world thus far, his acting, dancing, painting, and directing. Our site grew quickly with followers and I think it was because everyone was so interested in getting to know more about Alex.
The site has been open for nearly two years, April 1st will be it’s 2nd birthday. It is with bitter sweetness that I announce that I am retiring from the site. My goal was to bring Alex’s many talents to light and have fans all over the world be mesmerized by him, and I think I helped do that with this site. So it’s time for me to pursue other passions and let those who can carry on the site to new levels take over.
I am happy to announce that Jessica @SpiderMonkey__ will be taking over the ownership of The Meraz Effect. She learned the ins and outs of the site quickly and has been posting the news for quite some time now. I feel very confident in leaving the site in her hands. She’s just been amazing to work with and her passion for Alex’s career is outstanding. I know she will continue to provide you all with the best news, photos, and videos of Alex.

March 9, 2012: We have just been advised today that Alex Meraz has been called to film a pilot for TV this weekend and can not attend the convention. Julia Jones (Leah Clearwater) has graciously agreed to appear at this late date and she will fill Alex’s spots on the schedule.
