Alex Meraz Welcomes New Baby Boy! Congratulations Alex and Kim!
Alex Meraz and his wife, Kim, have welcomed their second son, Talus Alexander Meraz.
“He was born last week,” a source close to the couple tells Life & Style.
The pair already have one son, Somak. Alex and Kim got married in December 2007 in Santa Barbara, Calif., while Kim was pregnant with their first child.
“Alex is so happy as a father,” pal Iscah Trujillo, who photographed the couple during Kim’s first pregnancy, has said about the 27-year-old actor. “He loves it. And you can really see the love come through.”
Life & Style first reported their second pregnancy in February.
Alex, who is famous for his role as werewolf Paul in the franchise, can next be seen in the last installment, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2, set for release in November.
We can’t wait to see the little guy!

We asked Jamie Phelps (event planner) about the VIP with Alex Meraz and below are the details, this is quite a treat for anyone that will attend, who wouldn’t like more time with Alex?
The VIP Experiences are for those that would like more time with their favorite actor(s). It includes a one hour meet and greet in an event setting. VIP guests will also have reserved seating at The Hard Rock Cafe Gatlinburg for our Red Carpet Event and receive a Swag Bag of goodies specific to the actor they are meeting. There are only 20 VIP Experience tickets sold per actor, so there is no overcrowding! It is truly a one on one experience. Currently, we have still have VIP Experience tickets available for each of our actors!

How does a weekend getaway in a massive cabin in the Smokey Mountains with your best Twilight friends and visits from Alex Meraz, Booboo Stewart and Peter Facinelli sound? It sounds perfect to me.
Twilight Weekend Girls Getaway is being put on by Twilight fans the weekend of June 1 to 3 in Gatlinburg, Tenn. at the Gatlinburg Fall Resort. The weekend’s events include a welcome reception and gift exchange, movie screenings, and games including Edward Cullen’s Deal or No Deal, Twilight Fear Factor Live, Wolfpack Bingo, Twilight Survivor. The Real Edward Cullen will be on hand all weekend for photo ops and to play along with the games and The Hillywood Show will be on hand for a pajama party on Friday evening and appearing throughout the day on Saturday. Joining the weekend’s festivities for Q&A, photo ops and autographs are Peter Facinelli, Alex Meraz and Booboo Stewart at a red carpet event at the Hard Rock Cafe on Saturday night.
This event actually started out as a much smaller one. We were a small group of women that just wanted to get together for the weekend and spend that time doing all things Twilight! said event organizer, Jamie Phelps, who has experience in event planning. The planning started, and kept growing from there! We had a weekend, a location, and then it was why not get a celebrity to make an appearance. Then friends told friends, and it grew from there. Now we are staying at this gorgeous cabin mansion in the mountains and all of these amazing women are coming! It’s going to be a great time!
The cost of this weekend, which includes all activities and events, one photo op and autograph with each celebrity, and food and lodging for Friday and Saturday nights, is $500.
